You can choose to register either as a free member or as a paid member
Free Registration
Provide name, age, gender, mobile number and e-mail ID.
Click on Register link and you will have to enter on a couple of pages the details of the person intending to get married.
After you submit your information, your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a ‘Matrimony ID’ generated for future references and login purposes.
Paid Registration
Provide name, age, gender, mobile number and e-mail ID.

Choose package for the required period.

All the profile are validated before inclusion in to database. Our support team will validates each and every profile carefully. Profile Validation will take 12 to 48 hours of time to activate. E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added. After successful validation you can use services.
4) How to login?
In order to login, first register your details in Gangaputra Matrimony. Registration is FREE. Once the registration is complete, you will receive your Matrimony ID, E-Mail ID and Password in your e-mail address. You can log in to your account with your e-mail and password.
5) Can I use the same Phone number / e-mail ID for multiple registrations?
No. You cannot use same Phone number / e-mail ID for
multiple registrations. One Phone number / e-mail ID for one Login.
6) Who viewed my mobile number?
Login to your account in Website. In the
Homepage, under views, click on the “members who viewed my mobile number.”
7) Is online payment secure?
Yes, it is secure to make online payments.
Our payment gateway service providers ensure that your credit /debit cards/net
banking/UPI/Wallets details are kept secure while transacting on the internet,
preventing unauthorized access.
8) I am not getting the right matches. Why?
If you are not getting your desired matches, revise your Partner Preferences. Give your desired expectations while filling in ‘Partner Preferences’. You can mention the preferred age, height, physical status, eating habits, drinking habits etc.
9) Why did some profiles disappear?
If you don't see an existing profile means that profile may get deactivated by that user or we blocked that user for violating our Terms of Use. People usually deactivate their profiles after they get the right match/if they marriage gets settled.
10) Money Back Guarantee?
You are offered a 100% refund if you do not get any response in 20 days.
11) Is it possible to give you a 100% Refund?
You should have uploaded at least one photo.
You should have got your phone number verified.
You should have contacted a minimum of 5 members.
You have not got a reply to your personalized messages.
